Saudi Arabia has stated that it will be in charge of organizing a conference and exhibition of Hajj and Umrah services in an effort to streamline the processes for Hajj pilgrims visiting the Two Holy Mosques and enhance the standard of services offered there.
The Hajj and Umrah Ministry has announced that they will host “Expo Hajj 2023,” a conference and exhibition of Hajj and Umrah services, at the start of the new year in 2023.
In Jeddah, the conference would be held. Its primary goal is to discuss creative ideas and solutions that will improve pilgrims’ access to religion and culture.
As a result, the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programmes would be accomplished.
In order to explore and apply simple ideas and cutting-edge possibilities to ease the trip of conducting Hajj and Umrah, the conference aims to bring together decision-makers, entrepreneurs, innovators, and researchers under one roof.
According to Saudi Gazette, the conference also focuses on presenting ideas for upcoming initiatives to create technical innovations, develop infrastructure, and restore historic and religious sites. These initiatives will improve the quality of services offered to pilgrims, enriching their spiritual journeys, and leave them with priceless memories.
A variety of new ideas, projects, and programs are showcased at the “Hajj Expo” to raise the standard of services offered in the Hajj and Umrah industries.
In order to meet the goals of the Pilgrim Experience Program, one of the initiatives of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, it will also host workshops that go over the initiatives the Ministry seeks to implement in order to serve pilgrims with excellence and sustainability. These partners will be from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
As efforts are combined to support the rapidly accelerating pace of digital transformation and technology applications and use them in the service of the pilgrims, in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which provides an integrated strategy for the development of the Hajj and Umrah system, the conference and exhibition are an alluring gateway for investors to forge strategic partnerships with all stakeholders from the governmental, private, and non-profit sectors.
