Kia Sportage versions are now up to Rs 251,000 less expensive thanks to Lucky Motor Corporation (LMC). The promotion, according to the business, is only good for a little time.
The Sportage Alpha version is eligible for the Rs 2.51 lac rebate. However, there has been a Rs 101,000 reduction in the cost of the FWD and AWD versions. After the price cut, the entry-level Sportage Alpha is now available for PKR 71.49 lakh, the Sportage FWD is now PKR 66.49 lac, and the premium AWD model is now PKR 59.99 lac.
The corporation hasn’t stated why it is offering the discount in particular. However, industry experts think that the company’s choice to hold off on price cuts in August, when vehicle prices were falling elsewhere, has had a detrimental effect on reservations for the Kia Sportage. Therefore, the discount exists to persuade buyers to purchase the crossover.
Additionally, vehicle manufacturers are anticipated to experience a decline in sales in the upcoming months as a result of a variety of issues, such as tighter auto financing, higher car prices, and the diminished purchasing power of the general public. According to figures supplied by PAMA, sales already dropped by 50% in August from a year earlier, reaching their lowest level since June 2020.
