OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus 10 series will debut in January. The company will unveil its latest flagship, the OnePlus 10 Pro in China next month. There is no word on the launch of the vanilla model at the event. The rumour mill claims that the vanilla OnePlus 10 will launch later in 2022. While we wait for some official details, the company has teased some launch details of the 10 Pro. The latest teaser reveals that the OnePlus 10 Pro launch date will be announced on January 4. OnePlus 10 Pro launch date remains unknown at the moment. The company will announce the date of its flagship’s launch on January 4. The device will first launch in China in January. We can expect the 10 Pro to launch globally in March or April 2022. The India launch of the 10 Pro is likely to take place alongside the global launch.
OnePlus has not revealed much about the 10 Pro. However, thanks to the rumour mill, there is a lot known about the device. Leaked design renders show that the camera module will sport a square-shaped design with the left side blending into the frame. It will have a triple-camera setup. Leaked OnePlus 10 Pro specs suggest that the phone will have a 48MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens with a 3.3x zoom.
At the front, the phone will sport a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution. It will sport a hole punch cutout at the top left corner for the 32MP front camera. The phone will support a 120Hz refresh rate as expected. It will also have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor under the hood.
We can expect the phone to come with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone will run Android 12-based Oxygen OS 12/ ColorOS 12. The phone is also rumoured to support 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging for the 5,000mAh battery.
