NADRA recently launched a mobile application called ‘Rehbar’ to aid the nation.
Tariq Malik, Chairman of NADRA, stated that people can now obtain any information about NADRA with a single tap while sitting at home.
He also stated that citizens can now obtain NADRA-related information such as timings, locations, and so on.
An application is a step forward in involving citizens in the process and making NADRA processes more user-friendly.
After 5 years, the National Database and Registration Authority began construction on a new mega center in Karachi.
According to reports, the NADRA administration has begun construction on the 4th mega center on Karachi University Road in order to better serve the citizens of the port city.
Furthermore, he stated that such initiatives were critical in assisting citizens. We ensure that our customers have the best possible experience by converting Nadra offices into Nadra citizen service centres.

Citizens would be able to access the number of citizens queued up waiting for their turn, the processing time, and the location of all Nadra centres via this application.
You can also use the app to locate the nearest Mobile Registration Van and registration office.
The application includes filters to help you find the centres of your choice, such as female-only centres.
There are also Nadra centres open 24 hours a day, as well as Regular and Executive centres. The app includes a modern feature that updates the data every three minutes.
However, Nadra’s service will be broadcast to the public. This is the visible manifestation of digital Pakistan and e-governance in Pakistan.
