The Federal government reduces the prices of all petroleum items on Wednesday for the next 14 days. A memo has been received from the ministry of Finance which says that the cost of the petrol will be decreased by Rs 15/liter to Rs. 273 and the price of High-speed reduced by Rs 7.88 per litre to Rs. 274.08. The new rates will be applicable on May 16.
The OGRA tells the consumer’s price based on the shift of the international markets. The ministry states that in the statement. The cost of gasoline was dropped by Rs. 5.45 per litre at the most recent fortnightly review of petroleum pricing, while the cost of high-speed diesel was reduced by Rs. 8.42 per litre.
