The Habtoor Tower will be 81 stories tall, with 1,701 rooms spread across 3,517,313 square feet. In 36 months, it should be finished.

Khalaf Al Habtoor, founder and chairman of Al Habtoor Group, has spoken about his enthusiasm for the project and his pride in the innovative building methods that will be employed to erect the tower in a record amount of time. He claims that the tower will be an architectural masterpiece and usher in a new era of excellence in building in the area.
The developers claim that construction time will be cut in half by using pre-painted aluminium decking in the garages and shops.
