The 13T and 13T Pro smartphones are very similar to their Redmi K60 Ultra counterpart, which was previously only available in China.
The Xiaomi 13T series, on the other hand, stands out with upgraded camera hardware and a notable addition of IP68 certification for water and dust resistance, a first for the T series.
13T Xiaomi
The Xiaomi 13T features a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1080p resolution, and a peak brightness of over 2,600 nits.
These phones are powered by the cutting-edge 4nm Dimensity 8200-Ultra chipset.
This chipset, developed in collaboration with Mediatek, is based on the Dimensity 8200 platform but includes Xiaomi-specific enhancements.
It is complemented by LPDDR5 RAM options of 8 GB or 12 GB, as well as a generous 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
Xiaomi 13T’s Primary Camera
The Xiaomi 13T’s primary camera has a large 50 MP sensor with a size of 1/1.28 inches and individual pixels measuring 1.22 m. This camera has optical image stabilization (OIS) and a large f/1.9 aperture.
The “portrait” telephoto camera has a 50mm equivalent lens and the same impressive 50 MP sensor resolution and f/1.9 aperture.
The third camera is a 12 MP ultrawide shooter with a 15mm equivalent lens and an f/2.2 aperture. The Xiaomi 13T has a 20 MP front-facing camera positioned within a punch hole for selfies, but it lacks autofocus.
13T Pro from mi
The Xiaomi 13T Pro retains the standard version’s 6.67-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz. It does, however, improve performance by using the more robust Dimensity 9200+ chipset.
Both phones have the same camera setup, which includes three Leica cameras with 50 MP + 50 MP + 12 MP lenses, as well as a 20 MP selfie camera. They also come with a large 5,000 mAh battery.
In terms of memory, the Xiaomi 13T Pro comes with either 12 GB or 16 GB of faster LPDDR5X RAM. UFS 4.0 storage options include 256 GB, 512 GB, and a generous 1 TB.
The charging capabilities of the 13T Pro stand out, as it supports 120W HyperCharge, allowing the phone to charge from 0 to 100% in just 19 minutes.
The Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro both have dual speakers and support Dolby Atmos Audio. They run Android 13 with the MIUI 14 skin on top.
