Vivo’s recent launch event in China not only featured the X Fold 3 and X Fold 3 Pro, but also added new exciting devices to the lineup.
Among them are the Vivo Pad3 Pro, the brand’s latest flagship Android tablet, and the Vivo TWS 4 series earbuds, which expand the manufacturer’s product line.
Vivo Pad 3 Pro
The new Vivo tablet is a professional model with a 13″ LCD panel, 3,096 x 2,064px resolution, 3:2 aspect ratio, and 144Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling.
Furthermore, the screen supports HDR10 content, has high colour accuracy across the entire P3 colour gamut, and can reach 900 nits at peak brightness.
There is also support for the Vivo Pencil 2 and an optional keyboard. There are eight speakers onboard with spatial audio.
The camera setup is fairly straightforward, with a single 13MP primary shooter on the back and an 8MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The flagship-grade Dimensity 9300 SoC powers the hardware, which can be paired with up to 16 GB of LPPDR5X RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.0 memory. Thermals are controlled with a custom graphite heat sink and copper cooling matrix.
Vivo TWS 4
The Vivo TWS 4 lineup includes two versions to cater to a variety of audio preferences, with the TWS 4 Hi-Fi model standing out by supporting the aptX Lossless audio codec. Meanwhile, the standard variant provides high-quality audio via LDAC and aptX Adaptive codecs.
Both versions of the TWS 4 have impressive features, such as 12.2mm drivers for rich sound quality, active noise cancellation (ANC) capable of reducing ambient noise by up to 55 dB, and specialised acoustic diaphragms made of ceramic tungsten material. In addition, Bluetooth 5.4 technology ensures seamless connectivity.
The TWS 4 models provide extended battery life for portability, with up to 11 hours of playback on a single charge and an additional 45 hours with the accompanying case.
