This article will give you info about our talk with the Technology Executive Director of Ajman Free Zone. We asked him about his experience at GITEX 2020. To this, he responded: ‘This year is very special for everyone. The experience of participation at GITEX 2020 is still very interesting for Ajman Free Zone. We can see alot of new technologies which are currently available in the market’.
Further, he told s about his participation at GITEX 2020: ‘This year Ajman Free Zone is participating in the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) at GITEX. Our customers and investors are taking advantage by speeding up their processes. So, all of our customers have their own portal. They submit all requests through Ajman Free Zone portal. All of the services are on customer’s portal because we have completed our digital transformation journey. And embedding the RPA, we are enhancing the external and internal processes for fulfilment of customer satisfaction and requirements’.
Ajman Free Zone Phases
Mr. Al Shaya goes on to explain: ‘WE have already finished and deployed phase one of the RPA. In this feature, the customer submits request. Then the robotics start processing to speed up their processes. Moreover, there is no human intervention required within these processes. By phase 2, we plan to enhance and increase the number of the services that are managed and processed by the RPA. All RPAs will be supporting our customers. Through phase 3, we go back and again look internally in the processes by our sections. This is to make sure that the RPAs are embedded in any part of the customer’s journey’.
He ended on the note that: ‘We encourage all customers to go on the Ajman Free Zone website. Technology companies can benefit from the new offers that are currently running on our website. Our mission is to don’t stop serving and reaching maximum levels of service’.
