A tech company plans to create a new line of human-like robots, but they want them to have a pleasant appearance. Promobot may create a wide range of computer-generated looks, but they’re looking for actual people to provide their features to the current batch of robots.
They’re willing to pay £150,000 to the genuine owner of their face’s rights (US $200,000/AU $280,000).
The organization noted that they are searching for someone with a “kind and welcoming” demeanor, but they will consider applications from persons of all races and genders over the age of 25. Promobot wants to deploy its robots in hotels, shopping malls, and airports across North America and the Middle East beginning in 2023.
