A video depicting the Vice-Chancellor (VC) of the University of Mianwali (UMW), Prof. Dr. Islam Ullah Khan, publically humiliating sanitation employees over the filthy condition of the campus premises has gone viral on social media.
After that, Prof. Dr. Islam Ullah Khan calls a different university sweeper who is accused of piling up the trash and exclaims angrily, “Who hired him?”

The VC instructs the security officer to remove the cleaner from the institution and commands him to never allow the cleaner inside again while the students stand by in complete shock.
The social media community is furious at the VC’s excessively haughty and immoral actions. He should be punished, have encouraged many people. On the other side, some online users have supported his conduct by asserting that many employees are too indolent to put in the necessary effort and perform their jobs appropriately.

The National Accountability Bureau’s public humiliation of Dr. Mujahid Kamran, the former vice chancellor of Punjab University, and other academics had been denounced by the vice-chancellors committee (NAB).
On Monday, the committee met at the Higher Education Commission (HEC), under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Masoom Yasinzai, a former president of the International Islamic University in Islamabad. More than 65 venture capitalists (VCs) from all throughout the country participated, with many taking part via video connection. In response to the recent public humiliation of Dr. Kamran and five other officers by NAB authorities, the gathering approved a resolution.
