This edition distinguishes itself with a substantial upgrade: the incorporation of the Hasselblad camera system. It’s also the first clamshell with three primary cameras.
Display and Design
The 3.26-inch AMOLED cover screen’s proportions remain same, but its usefulness has been extended. Users may now use multiple apps and widgets without having to unfold the Find N3 Flip.
The screen enables a variety of travel, navigation, audio, and social networking applications, as well as smart key integration designed specifically for modern automobiles.
The large 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED primary screen has the same resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels.
Its variable refresh rate, which ranges from 1 to 120Hz, saves a significant amount of battery life. The display is made of Samsung’s Ultra Thin Glass (UTG) and has a maximum brightness of 1600 nits.
Oppo also took the alert slider from its sister firm, OnePlus. It has three separate places for changing the phone’s ringing modes.
Software and Internals
The Oppo Find N3 Flip comes with the premium Dimensity 9200 SoC, 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 256/512 GB storage options. Android 13 is the operating system, with ColorOS 13.2 on top.
The improvements in the camera section are fairly noticeable.
The configuration is accompanied by a reworked 48MP ultrawide module with a wide 114 field of view. A 32MP portrait lens with a 47mm focal length and 2x optical zoom complements this.
The primary camera is a 50MP device with an f/1.8 aperture and 1.0m pixel size, corresponding to a 24mm focal length.
This main camera also includes optical image stabilisation (OIS). The selfie camera has 32MP resolution and can capture 4K video at 30 frames per second.
There are no modifications to the battery specs. It’s still the same 4,300 mAh battery cell with 44W wired charging technology, however these aren’t little figures.
The Oppo Find N3 Flip is available in Black, Gold, and Rose colours, with a starting price of $932 in China.
