On Friday, the website of Jazz, the biggest cellular provider in Pakistan, inexplicably fell down.
The company’s website has been displaying an error that reads, “There was a database connection error or a problem with a query. For more details, log in as a super admin or enable debugging.” for the past several hours.
The website initially showed a notice that read, “This account has been suspended. To learn more, speak with your hosting company.” The notification implies that the business simply neglected to renew its hosting plan because of some circumstance.
It is unknown if the Jazz website is housed at the company’s own data center or with a foreign hosting service provider because Cloudfare, which serves as a reverse proxy between a website visitor and the Cloudflare customer’s hosting provider, is used.
Officials from Jazz informed a blog website in an update that the website was unavailable due to maintenance.
