Service of Information Technology and Telecommunication will present an outline to the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet soon, proposing significant motivating forces for cell phone fabricating in Pakistan.
The agreement was reached during an elevated level gathering led by Shoaib Ahmad Siddiqui, Federal Secretary for IT and Telecom which was gone to by various partners.
Conversing with this recorder Siddiqui said that the agreements have been reached and the rundown, after the endorsement of the Federal Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Syed Amin Ul Haque, will be submitted to the ECC.
Answering to an inquiry the Secretary said that the Ministry would propose significant discounts on cell phone sends out just as a decrease in charges on assembling and gathering.
He further said that empowering this segment would add to the GDP, import bill would be decreased, other than making new position open doors just as advance industrialization in the nation. He further said that the motivations for cell phone producing are lined up with the Prime Minister’s vision of Digital Pakistan
