The government will give away free solar panels and interest-free loans to people who utilise 200–500 units of power per year.
The government would pay 75% of the interest on loans to anybody who use more than 500 units.
This implies that more people, irrespective of their consumption, will be eligible for assistance with their electricity bills.
Program’s Registration
This program’s registration is currently open. Residents that qualify will be notified through SMS about how they can participate and benefit from this scheme.
