There are other other security safeguards you may take, and they are simple to implement.
We’d recommend putting at least some of these safeguards in place to keep your most important files safe and secure: it’ll only take you a few minutes to set them up, and you might be glad you did. They’ll assist ensure that only you have access to your most critical information.
Hide pictures and videos
Both Android and iOS—specifically, Google photographs and Apple Photos—now allow you to conceal photographs and videos that you don’t want anyone else to see.
If someone else has access to your phone, whether it’s a friend or a stranger, you can ensure that one corner of your media gallery is concealed from view.
Documents Files
Password protection ensures that even if someone finds a file, they can’t open it—it’s a valuable extra layer of security to complement any tactics you’re employing to restrict access to your phone, computer, and cloud accounts.
It’s especially worthwhile if you frequently find yourself moving files between multiple devices and people.
The method you use will be determined by the programmes you’re utilising. Choose File, Info, Protect Document, and then Encrypt with Password in Microsoft Word or Excel on Windows, for example.
