According to recent predictions from Korean industry sources, Apple could release its first foldable phone between 2026 and 2027.

This gadget is expected to include an internal display of around 7-8 inches, perhaps replacing the iPad mini in Apple’s lineup. Despite the hype, the device’s exact characteristics and functionality are still being developed.
It’s also worth mentioning that Apple is apparently testing a next-generation iPad mini with an OLED display, raising worries about the device’s future if a foldable variant is on the way.

Apple is rumoured to be integrating OLED panels into its iPad Pro line later this year, with an OLED-equipped iPad mini coming the following year.
