The Guinness Book of World Records has named Pakistani climber Shehroze Kashif as the youngest person to ascend K-2 and Mount Everest.
Shehroze Kashif has the record for climbing some of the highest peaks in the globe when she was a young woman. Shehroze is the youngest mountaineer to scale both of the world’s tallest peaks, according to the Guinness Book of World Records, albeit he already owns a number of other national and international records.

At the age of 19, Shehroze Kashif set a record for becoming the youngest person to summit K-2 and Everest. Shehroze, popularly known as the Broad Boy, posted on his Twitter account to express his happiness at having his record recognised by the Guinness Book of World Records in 2023.
On July 27, 2021, at 8:10 am, Pakistani mountaineer Shehroze Kashif reached the peak of K2, making history as the world’s youngest climber. On May 11, 2021, he ascended Everest, becoming the nation’s youngest-ever climber. Sports Board Punjab appointed him the young ambassador of Punjab, Pakistan, following his successful ascent of Mount Everest.
According to the Guinness Book of World Records, albeit he already owns a number of other national and international records.
