The Redmi Note 11 5G series was unveiled in China back in October with three new models: Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi Note 11 Pro+. The Redmi Note 11 was launched in India recently as the Redmi Note 11T 5G while globally, the phone launched under Poco branding as the M4 Pro 5G. On the same lines, in India, the company is gearing up to launch the Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge, which is a rebadged version of the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ from China. The same variant has now received FCC certification hinting at an imminent global launch as well.
Redmi Note 11 Pro+ Passes Through FCC
The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ with model number 20191116UG has been spotted on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification website, which hints the device is getting ready to launch in global markets outside of China and India as well. The Note 11 Pro+ is a 5G device and the same has also been confirmed on the database. The Note 11 Pro+ is the top of the line phone in the series and it comes with features like a 120W fast charging, 108MP main camera, Dimnensity SoC, and 120Hz AMOLED screen. Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G Specifications
The device sports a 6.67-inch Samsung AMOLED display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. On the inside, the phone houses a 4,500mAh battery unit, which supports whopping 120W fast charging via a Type-C port. A full charge will take just 15 minutes.
Under the hood, the Note 11 Pro+ is powered by up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. In terms of optics, there is a 108MP main camera (Samsung HM2), an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP telemacro camera. It also houses a 16MP selfie snapper. It runs on run on MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11.
