According to WABetaInfo, a convenient new feature will be added to WhatsApp soon, particularly for Android users.
The popular chatting app will soon include the option to assign favourite contacts, making them easier to find in your chat list. As always, the WABetaInfo team has provided a screenshot of the feature.
As shown in the screenshot, the Favourites option allows you to add, remove, or reorder your contacts at any time.
This should make it easier to find the contacts with whom you communicate the most without having to scroll through the entire list. This feature should make it easier to start voice and video calls.
However, because this feature is still in its early stages and only beta testers have access to it, it will take some time before it becomes available to WhatsApp users.
Multi-device Sync
However, because it is a relatively simple feature, it will most likely take less time to develop than the multi-device sync we received last year. It is expected to reach WhatsApp on Android before iOS users.
