The Vivo iQOO 9 series, a gaming phone is making its way to the global market, beginning in India. The iQOO 9 has already been released in China, but Vivo has also released a lower-priced model in the series, the iQOO 9 SE for $455.
Vivo iQOO 9
The Indian iQOO 9 is nearly identical to the Chinese version. It has the same 120Hz AMOLED display and 48MP main camera setup as the original, but the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC has been downgraded to the Snapdragon 888+.
The battery has also received a minor downgrade. The battery in the Indian model is smaller at 4,350 mAh, but it still supports 120W fast charging. The iQOO 9 will be available for $575 in March.
Vivo iQOO 9 SE
The iQOO 9 SE is not a completely new model, as its specifications are identical to those of the iQOO Neo 5s. It also receives the Snapdragon 888 SoC, but not the Plus model. It comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The display has a 120Hz AMOLED resolution with 1080p resolution, the camera has a 48MP triple-lens setup, and the battery has a capacity of 4,500 mAh with 66W fast charging.
The iQOO 9 SE will go on sale in March for $455. Because the iQOO series is not available in Pakistan, these phones are unlikely to arrive.
