Capital Street Islamabad will be built in Shakarparian, and the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced the dates for the open auction of 1-kanal size plots for eateries, cafes, and restaurants. JBR Dubai, City Walk Dubai, and Nizami Street Baku will serve as inspiration for The Capital Street in Islamabad.
Information suggests the public auction for Sahkarparian will take place on July 20 and 21. Jinnah Convention Centre Islamabad is the site of the public auction. Twenty lots, each measuring 500 square yards, will be made available.
Participation in the open auction is limited to food enterprises that are registered with relevant authorities. After meeting the requirements, international food companies can also take part.
If you pay the CDA in full within a month, you’ll get a 10% discount, and if you pay in US dollars, you’ll get an additional 5% off.
Brochures are now available at the CDA Facilitation Centre, Estate Management II Directorate for potential investors. Brochures can be downloaded on CDA’s website as well.
Initiatives catered specifically to investors to buy land in Shakarparian
The authority gave the green light for bids totaling 1 billion rupees to be spent on revitalising the area. Within the following half year, improvements will be made to the area’s infrastructure and other facilities.
- Taxes will be withheld proportionately in advance.
- After the bid is accepted, the first 25% is due within 30 days.
- One-third of the lot’s space will be set aside for artistic endeavours.
- Pedestrian malls and thoroughfares.
