Saim Ayub, Pakistan’s bright rising superstar, is preparing for the forthcoming match against New Zealand.
This is his second international T20 series after being named to Pakistan’s selection for the Afghanistan T20I series in March.

Saim may have to reduce the batting order for the forthcoming five-match T20I series because the team’s regular openers, captain Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan, are returning following a hiatus during the Afghanistan series.
Nonetheless, Saim is mentally prepared to play any role for his squad, emphasising his readiness to face any challenge.
I am willing to take on any position for the Pakistan team. The key is to mentally prepare myself for any role.
The 20-year-old expressed admiration for Babar’s leadership, saying he learned a lot from him and liked playing with him during the Pakistan Super League’s eighth season. (PSL).
“I got the opportunity to learn from Babar Azam while playing for Peshawar Zalmi. He always gives confidence to youngsters, so I really enjoyed playing alongside him,” Saim stated.

The slick opener revealed that his ultimate objective is to become one of the best left-handed hitters in world cricket history, hoping to emulate Saeed Anwar’s successes with the Men in Green.
