The PTI has rescheduled a public meeting set for April 24 in the historic Minar-e-Pakistan grounds in Lahore.
Former federal minister of education and professional training Shafqat Mahmood confirmed the report, saying the public meeting will now be held on April 21.
He insisted that PTI Chairman Imran Khan would speak at a major event planned as part of the party’s outreach drive following the demise of the PTI administration.
The Pakistani People’s Party (PTI) has stated that the no-trust motion is a plot against their government.
It’s worth noting that the PTI’s public meeting was originally set on April 23, but was postponed due to Hazrat Ali’s (R.A.) martyrdom day and rescheduled for April 24.
The Punjab chapter president of the Pakistan People’s Party (PTI) claimed on Twitter that during the massive public gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan, Imran Khan will address and reveal the origins of this imported administration.
On April 13 (today), the PTI will organize public demonstrations in Peshawar, and on April 16, in Karachi.
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan informed his supporters a day after leaving office that Pakistan’s “freedom war begins again today against a foreign conspiracy of regime change.”
“Pakistan became an independent state in 1947; but the freedom struggle begins afresh today against a foreign conspiracy of regime change,” the former prime minister wrote on Twitter.
“It is always the people of the country who protect their sovereignty and democracy,” the PTI chairman remarked.
