With the Payoneer Forum Awards 2021 Ceremony, the Payoneer Forum came to a close with a bang. Thousands of entries were received by the selection committee in eight distinct categories. The jury debated for a week before selecting the deserving winners based on their journey, progress, and accomplishments.
Payoneer Forum is a forum dedicated to promoting and highlighting Pakistani entrepreneurs, freelancers, and sellers. It is Payoneer’s annual flagship event, with over 14,000 guests from over 40 cities across the world.
It was hosted in Lahore on November 30, 2021, with IT companies, online vendors, and freelancers in attendance. The event’s topic this year was “Future of Global Business.”
The event lasted four hours and featured incisive panel discussions on topics such as hypergrowth strategy, identifying Pakistan’s selling potential outside Amazon, the future of IT exports, customer acquisition and retention tactics, and the future of freelancing.
The panels featured distinguished guests and included Badar Khushnood (Chairman P@sha), Shayan Mahmud (CEO Trademor), Huzaifa Ali (CEO eCommerce Success Pakistan), Ibrahim Amin (Founder Pakistan Freelancers Association), Mr. Ahmed Islam (Senior Program Manager PITB), Fatima Mazhar (COO Colabs), Samar Hasan (CEO Epiphany), Waqas Pitafi (CEO Devbatch), Hasan Shahid (Co-founder Kickstart co-sharing) and many more.
