The 660cc Alto hatchback is once again the subject of a recall from Pak Suzuki. The Alto has been recalled three times in the past four months, each time for the same issue—a malfunctioning gasoline filler neck.
Prior to September 2022, the month of July 2022 saw the recall of the Alto. The recall, known as a “service program,” applies to all Alto vehicles made in 2019 through 2021.

According to Pak Suzuki, the gasoline filler neck on the Alto can corrode with time and, in the worst-case scenario, it might perforate, endangering the safety of the car and its occupants. Rust may even combine with gasoline and harm the engine if left untreated. Customers are being contacted by the corporation to visit their local dealership and receive a free replacement for the defective item.
The 660cc Suzuki Alto, which was introduced in 2019, is now Pakistan’s best-selling automobile. Price ranges from Rs 16.99 lakh for the entry-level VX variation to Rs 22.23 lac for the highest-specified VXL AGS version.
