Nothing is preparing to launch its second smartphone, appropriately dubbed Phone (2). It is expected to be released this summer, though no specific date has been announced.
About Nothing Phone (2)
In contrast to the original Nothing Phone (1), which was a mid-ranger, Nothing Phone (2) is expected to be a high-end offering powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. Leaked images of the phone show that it will have a similar design to last year’s, with a transparent finish.

We now have more specifications to discuss, thanks to renowned tipper Ben Geskin. He claims that the upcoming phone will have the same familiar design as before, complete with LED lights in the back. There will be a glass back, as expected, but the frame will most likely be made of aluminum.
According to other reports, the Nothing Phone (2) will have a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with 1080p resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. On the back, there will be a 50MP camera with OIS and two other sensors. The selfie camera will be housed within a punch-hole cutout.
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC will be paired with 8 to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM as well as 128 GB/256 GB UFS 3.1 storage. A 5,000 mAh battery will be included, as well as fast wired and wireless charging options.

Some leaks even mention satellite connectivity, but this has yet to be confirmed. We will update this space as soon as an official launch date is announced.
