Through a recent update of ‘Message Yourself’, WhatsApp now allows users to chat with one another. The feature first began to circulate last month and has now reached Pakistan. The Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store both now provide the update.
With Message Yourself, you may have a conversation with yourself as the name suggests. This can be used to share files between several devices or keep messages and media for later.
WhatsApp is not just for smartphones because you may start a chat with yourself on WhatsApp Desktop and WhatsApp Web.
You must go to WhatsApp’s main screen, where all of your chats are, to begin a self-chat.
To start a new chat, tap the button in the lower right corner and choose yourself as the subject. Like any other regular chat, this new dialogue with oneself will function similarly.
You can send messages, documents, photographs, videos, voicemails, audio files, and audio files here. For some reason, you can even send yourself a location and start a poll with yourself.
You may immediately see any message you send to yourself on your other devices as well.
For instance, if you send a message to yourself on your phone while logged in to WhatsApp Desktop on your laptop, it will quickly display there as well.
People utilize these functionalities on other apps like Telegram and Slack primarily for this reason.
