The cost of IT products and services compared to their value is where there is a major gulf between clients and IT departments.
There are several stakeholders in organizations, and value means different things to each of them.
Being able to offer a service in an effective and secure way using technology is how IT departments measure value.
Receiving the “best” services at reasonable pricing is how customers measure value.
To understand how it works, TechX Pakistan interviewed the CEO of Microtech Inc Mr. Zeeshan Arabi. Since 1997, Microtech Inc. has provided cutting-edge technology and services in the areas of data communication, networking devices, and networking services to the Pakistani ICT industry.
By offering top-notch services and goods, they have successfully transitioned from System Integrators to Distributors.
Talking with TechX Pakistan, Mr. Zeeshan Arabi highlighted their success story and what are future ambitions regarding development in the ICT sector. He stated, “My father started this company as a retail shop, and by the time with untiring hard work we achieved the present position as an organization. We mostly see dream companies internationally that have various brands in their hands and distribute them around the whole world.
So I also thought that why Pakistan is not contributing to this sector. Pakistan has a lot of potential in introducing the latest IT products locally. So I grab the idea from there and now we are excelling in this.”
