Azad Chaiwala is a multi-millionaire Pakistani businessman born in the United Kingdom. He is from Mirpur Azad Kashmir’s Bhimber area. He is raising business and entrepreneurial awareness among Pakistani youth.
Azad Chaiwala built the most of his personal fortune in the information technology industry, and in 2009 he concluded that Pakistan needed to know part of what he knew if it was to have any chance in the world. He established and supported Infaaq, an IT institute.
For a decade, it was hidden in plain sight. He learned one thing after spending more than 100M out of his own money and doing free or low-cost IT classes in 21 locations. In Pakistan, just a small percentage of the population values “FREE or inexpensive” prices.
Talking with TechX Pakistan, the founder and CEO of Freeonline.com Mr. Azad Chaiwala shared his views about the dedication of the businesses for the nation that, those that are willing to stay dedicated are emerging in the industry and are self-motivated enough to start doing their work.
Dedication is all about intrinsic motivation that comes within. He further clarified that, to stay dedicated maybe confusing and questionable to many people since I have a diversification in my work but what matters to me is that the “dedication” towards my work, whether one starts whatever business but I’d say a person’s strong dedication plays a crucial role in the success of the business.
Small scale enterprises provide bigger learning as compared to the enterprises on larger scale; also small scale businesses have less deprivation comparatively.
On average there are 80% to 90% chances of a new business to fail. That’s the reason an entrepreneurs must keep a small scale startup on his mind to bear the minimum loss.
To copy an idea should not be considered as a taboo. Copying an idea shows that, the idea is in demand and is proven by the people to be added in new startups.
Moreover, he discussed about his experience of the Future Fest ’22 that he liked the idea and such initiatives should be taken for the knowledge, encouragement and entertainment for the people.
