Cyber crimes like online terrorism, fake profiles, and blasphemy are rising. We must act as good citizens. We should report these crimes to the FIA Cyber Crime Wing.
The National Response Center for Cyber Crime (NR3C) is part of the FIA. It handles technology-based crimes in Pakistan and helps other law enforcement agencies. NR3C defines cybercrime as any activity using computers, digital devices, and online networks. It includes stealing information from people, the government, or companies. It can also mean stealing money from online banks or harassing and stalking online users.
A student named Mashal Khan was killed for allegedly posting blasphemy on social media. Later, it was found that a fake Facebook profile shared the posts. The Interior Ministry has been working to stop online blasphemy for months.
