The Google Pixel 9 Pro has previously appeared in hands-on images, but now we have detailed live images of all three upcoming models, the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro XL, thanks to the same tipster. These images confirm the design we have seen in previous leaks.
It is worth noting that the Pixel 9 Pro XL name has yet to be officially confirmed. However, Google is expected to launch three high-end devices this year, dubbed the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro XL.
The most recent leaked images reveal a significant design update for the Pixel 9 series, which shifts away from the seamless ‘visor’ style on the back and towards a more different camera island, combined with a completely flat frame.
Upcoming Pixel 9
The upcoming Pixel 9 will replace the Pixel 8, while the Pixel 9 Pro XL will succeed the Pixel 8 Pro. Meanwhile, the Pixel 9 Pro is expected to have many of the same features as the Pro XL model but in a smaller body, similar to the Pixel 9.
The showcased Pixel 9 prototype has 12 GB of RAM, while the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 XL models have 16 GB each.
All three prototypes have the same storage capacity of 128 GB, though these specifications may differ in the final production models. The screen sizes, however, are expected to remain the same: 6.24 inches for the Pixel 9; 6.34 inches for the Pixel 9.
