The Pakistan Super League’s Peshawar Zalmi have picked star batter Babar Azam as their captain for the upcoming eighth season (PSL).
The best batter in tournament history and Pakistan’s all-format skipper recently parted ways with Karachi Kings.
In one of the greatest transactions of the competition last month, Zalmi acquired Babar in the Platinum division and the first selection in the additional round for Haider Ali and Shoaib Malik, who transferred to Karachi Kings in the Platinum and Diamond divisions, respectively.
