Islamabad United, Karachi Kings, and Peshawar Zalmi have already unveiled their season kits with less than a week left in the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
All eyes were on the debut of the PSL 2022 kits of Lahore Qalandars, since it was one of the biggest franchises and most supported teams, and it formally revealed the home and away jerseys late last night.
First, let’s have a look at the kit.
Lahore Qalandars have chosen green as the basic color for their home shirt, while red is the base color for their away kit. Both shirts feature thick stripes that go under the shoulders and fading patterns on the bottom. Black trousers will be worn with both the home and away shirts.
The Lahore Qalandars will wear their new away shirt for the first time in their tournament opener against Multan Sultans at the National Stadium in Karachi on January 29. On the 11th of February, they will debut their new home kit against Multan Sultan at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
The PSL 2022 season is rapidly approaching, and the franchises have completed their final preparations for the major event. All franchises’ players, personnel, and administration have already joined the Pakistan Cricket Board’s bio-secure bubble (PCB).
The huge event will begin on January 27 at Karachi’s National Stadium. In the curtain-raiser, the PLS 5 champions, Karachi Kings, will face the reigning champions, Multan Sultans.
