Etihad Airways and Emirates, both from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), have achieved remarkable success by being named among the world’s top ten airlines.
Etihad & Emirates ranked the Best
According to AirlineRatings, Etihad Airways, based in Abu Dhabi, is ranked third, while Emirates is ranked tenth.
Emirates was singled out for its outstanding in-flight entertainment and premium economy offerings. It received the highest score in both categories, establishing a new benchmark for passenger satisfaction.
The best lounges were provided by Qantas, an Australian airline. A comprehensive study involving various factors such as fleet age, passenger reviews, profitability, investment rating, product offerings, and staff relations was used to determine the rankings.
UAE airlines have invested billions of dirhams to upgrade their facilities, introduce new features, and improve their customers’ overall travel experience. Flydubai emerged as the top choice in the Middle East region for low-cost airlines.
