Confiz introduces CEmerge 2022 to provide a seamless onboarding experience for its 60+ new recruits since it is passionate about motivating the next generation of trailblazers in the digital industry.
The event was jam-packed with instructive workshops, fun networking opportunities, and numerous team-building exercises to provide the new recruits with the skills and resources they need to begin their professional careers.

The orientation was crucial in ensuring that the new employees got the most out of this distinctive onboarding process and provided a chance for them to learn about Confiz’s culture and principles while participating in educational training sessions led by the organizing team.
Ahsan Saleem, senior vice president of professional services at Confiz, spoke to the new recruits at the occasion. He discussed his career path from Project Manager to Senior Vice President of Professional Services and how the distinctive business culture aided in his development over the years.

Following the orientation, the new recruits were given a chance to identify themselves and then participated in engaging team-building exercises to encourage problem-solving and cooperation in a fun and creative work environment.
The new recruits had the opportunity to mingle with Confiz portfolio heads Dawood Liaqat, Syed Salman Ahmed, and Fahad Ilyas at the networking event. The event came to a close with motivational experience-sharing sessions and an interesting tour of daily life at Confiz for top professionals.
