We met Kashif Abbas at Future Fest 2024. He is the marketing manager of Mywater. We asked him about their company. He said,
“Mywater is a smart purifying system that we made for customers. It’s a system without water. We took out the water bottle part from the machines at homes and offices. Our system has sensors and IoT technologies that help you watch your water in real-time on our app. Our customers can easily watch their water on the app and see how the filter works all the time, 24/7.”
We asked him why they replaced plastic with glass. He said,
“We are working to help our world. Plastic is bad for Earth. That’s why we took out plastic from the water machine. This helps you not get sick from plastic and keeps the world safe. We got rid of plastic by removing the water bottle from the dispenser. This helps you stay away from many plastic-related diseases and problems caused by plastic.”
Eco-Friendly Water Bottles
Our host asked Mr. Kashif about replacing plastic water bottles with glass ones and how they save money. She asked if the glass bottles are expensive and how they afford them.
Mr. Kashif said,
“Our glass water bottle project is new and a prototype. We plan to sell it in stores and hotels. We haven’t set the price yet it’s a high-quality water bottle. The bottles are 750ml. We will sell the bottles soon.”
