Talking with TechX Pakistan. CEO of Shispare Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Arsalan Khan shared his views about Shispare’s core area of work and how his firm achieved its goals. He stated, “Shispare is a software product development company, we specialized in software product engineering. For the last 6 years, we have been focusing on supply-chain solutions such as Warehouse management systems, Inventory management systems, Truck management systems, and fleet management systems. We have integrated quite a few marketplaces like the E-commerce marketplace which has become one of our specialties.”
Replying to a question regarding product differentiation strategy, he replied “The thing which differentiates us from the existing competitors is our ability to translate and provide solutions for complex business problems and transform them into design first. We have expertise in prototyping. The benefits of prototyping are, it saves money and also it gives our customers the to validate their ideas.”
