The price of gold increased by over Rs. 5,700 per tola on Thursday in Pakistan, following three consecutive decreases earlier in the week.
24 Carats Gold Price Increased by Rs. 5700 Per Tola
Meanwhile, the APGJA issued data showing that the price of 24 carats precious metal climbed by Rs. 5,700 per tola to Rs. 218,300.
While the price of 10 grams jumped by Rs. 4,887 to Rs. 187,157.
However, on Monday, the price of the precious metal increased by Rs. 200 per tola, and on Tuesday, it increased by Rs. 1,800 per tola.
Furthermore, on Wednesday, the cost per tola increased by an additional Rs. 1,000.
The total increase for the first three days of the week was thus raised to Rs. 3,000 per tola.
Global Market Price
Precious metal prices on the global market continued to rise, reaching a one-week high as of 0130 GMT, when spot precious metal was up 0.2 percent at $2,031.28 an ounce.
In the meantime, US gold futures increased by 2.4% to $2,045.50.
