For the second time in a couple of weeks, YouTube crashed in Pakistan. #YouTubeDOWN was one of the trending topics with more than 5,500 tweets shortly after the alleged outage. The majority of tag users reported having trouble accessing YouTube.
Previously, on August 21 for about an hour, YouTube was unavailable in Pakistan. There was no worldwide outage; it solely affected Pakistan.
It is important to note that popular websites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube occasionally experience global outages. However, unlike on August 21, there is no widespread outage of YouTube today, and Pakistan was the only country where viewers were having problems.
After the most recent outage, TeamYoutube, a YouTube official account that tweets updates, said that it had received complaints that YouTube was down in Pakistan. However, no formal statement was made by the appropriate Pakistani authorities.
Many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) users have reported having trouble accessing the website. However, the software allows access to YouTube.
