Xiaomi, alongside the Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12X, and Xiaomi 12 Pro, also unveiled a couple of wearables including the Xiaomi Watch S1 and Xiaomi Buds 3. The Buds 3 from the company comes with a dual-magnetic dynamic driver, supports Hi-Fi audio, and offers three ANC modes. It also supports touch controls and offers up to 32hours of battery life. Let us take a closer look at Xiaomi Buds 3 price, features and specifications.
Xiaomi Buds 3: Price
The Buds 3 comes in Black, and White color variants and is priced at RMB 499 which translates to about Rs. 5,850. It will be available for purchase starting December 31st in China.
Alongside, the Buds 3, the company also unveiled a new Blue color variant of the Buds 3 Pro which was announced back in September.
Xiaomi Buds 3 Specifications and Features
The Buds 3 feature dual-magnetic dynamic drivers with Hi-Fi audio support. It comes with a high-performance noise cancellation ship and a pair of microphones that allow for noise reduction up to 40dB. With the dedicated hardware, it offers three noise cancellation modes – Air Travel mode, Office mode, and Daily mode. It also offers two transparency modes that allow users to listen to ambient sound without taking off the earphones.
For connectivity, it uses Bluetooth 5.2 chip and AAC audio codec. The company has also equipped with TWS with a dual-device intelligent quick connection feature that allows users to easily switch the connection with smartphones and laptops. The Buds 3 also support smart wear detection which means the playback pauses automatically as soon as a user takes them off.
The Buds 3 support touch controls for music playback such as play, pause, attend/reject calls, and jump between tracks. Touch gestures can also be used to trigger voice assistants. The Buds 3 offers up to 32 hours of battery life (including the case) without ANC. Whereas, with the ANC, users will get a battery life of around 7 hours. It is equipped with a Type-C charging port, and supports Qi Wireless charging as well. The Buds 3 is IP55 rated which means it is duat and water-resistant.
