WhatsApp, a popular social messaging program, is continually updating features to create a better experience for its users. The app is currently attempting to reintroduce an old feature which will remind us WhatsApp’s past memories.
WhatsApp intends to reintroduce technical help and assistance, which formerly allowed users to interact with a WhatsApp professional and ask questions.
For the time being, the feature will only be offered to a small number of people. For beta users, WhatsApp update 2.22.3.5 and iOS version 22.2.72 featuring this feature have already begun to go out.
How to Use it
Users can get help by going to ‘Settings’ and then ‘Help.’ Users can select ‘Contact Us’ from the Help Centre and leave a message to reach out to an assistant who will assist them in solving a problem.
Conversations with WhatsApp assistants are marked by a green symbol, suggesting that they are part of the official WhatsApp service. This tool can be used to report issues such as malfunctions, scams, and so on.
This WhatsApp feature will be available not only in our phones but on WhatsApp Web also.
