Usher cancels Atlanta concert last minute to “rest” and “heal”
Usher is in a spot where he has to choose between his health and other important factors, and a key decision was made only a few hours before a show in Atlanta to open his Past Present Future tour. The concert was to be performed by the “Yeah!” singer who had to cancel to attend to his personal health.
On August 14, in the post to his Instagram story, Usher said, “For my 30 plus years career, 100 percent of my blood, sweat, and tears has been put into creating the best performances and memorable experiences for my fans. “ This made the fans understand that the postponement of the show was to give his body time to recover.
Atlanta is set for August 16 and 17, and the Canada native stressed that the change was made for the benefit of his fans with tickets to the shows. He was promising that a taste of the past, some of the present, and a rather peculiar vision of the future will be offered on the rearranged occasion, as well as 100 percent of himself.
Usher said in an interview saying he did not want to disappoint his fans, saying, “I wouldn’t be the entertainer that I am if I couldn’t physically give you my best.” Fans supported his decision saying the recent Super Bowl performance, coming home album and My Way concert in Las Vegas calls for much energy.
‘My team will be announcing the new date soon,’ replied Usher. “Let me take this opportunity to formally invite you: ‘I can’t wait to celebrate this legacy with you.’”
That they are emphasizing health and well-being is being called responsible since it takes into consideration the claims on his career.
