The 24 teams that will compete in the PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC), which will be held at the Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, were announced by PUBG Mobile Esports.
24 teams were divided into three randomly selected groups as part of the “PUBG MOBILE World Cup Group Draw,”.
Where they will compete to earn a spot in the international competition in Riyadh. The groups are Red, Green, and Yellow.
Rankings In Regional
Based on their rankings in regional PUBG MOBILE Super League (PMSL) competitions, such as the PUBG MOBILE Japan League (PMJL).
PUBG MOBILE Pro Series (PMPS), PUBG MOBILE Rivals Cup (PMRC), and Peacekeeper Elite League (PEL).
Teams were divided into five pools. Additionally, Vampire Esports received an invitation based on their performance.
24 Teams Assigned
Once the 24 teams are assigned, the Group Stage starts. The top 12 teams advance to the Main Tournament.
While the bottom 12 teams receive a second opportunity to compete in the Survival Stage against four other teams (these four teams placed fifth in regional PMSL tournaments).
