Pakistan won the Street Child Football World Cup, defeating Bosnia and Qatar to extend their winning streak. Pakistan has therefore earned a spot in the competition’s quarterfinals.
In their last four games at the Street Child Football World Cup being held in Qatar, Pakistan has won three of them. Pakistan knocked out both Qatar and Bosnia with an excellent effort to go to the quarterfinals.
Tufail Khan’s second hat trick helped Pakistan outperform Bosnia as Pakistan trounced Bosnia 3-0. Tufail Khan Shinwari and Mohammad Adeel both scored three goals in the game against Qatar’s national squad, and Mohammad Ali and Mohammad Junaid also scored goals. As a response, Qatar was unable to score, and Pakistan triumphed 8-0.
The squad has made the decision to honor Pakistan’s flood victims with each victory.
At the Street Child World Cup 2022, which will take place before the FIFA World Cup 2022, 28 teams from 24 nations will represent street children from all over the world. In order to promote the rights of underprivileged children globally, 13 girls’ teams and 15 boys’ teams will join forces to compete in an international football tournament, an arts festival, and a congress, according to the NGO.
