Shane Warne, an Australian legend and former leg spinner, has died at the age of 52 after suffering a heart attack, which is a terrible development for the cricketing world.

Shane Warne is widely recognized as one of the finest leg spinners in cricket history. Despite retiring in 2007, he is still the second-highest wicket-taker in Test cricket, behind Muttiah Muralitharan of Sri Lanka.
Warne, who was born in Victoria on September 13, 1969, made his Test debut against India on January 2, 1992, and his ODI debut against New Zealand on March 24, 1993.
He played in 145 Tests for Australia and took 708 wickets, second only to Muralitharan’s 800 Test wickets. He appeared in 194 One-Day Internationals and collected 293 wickets.
Shane Warne’s last Test match was on 2 January 2007 against England, and his last ODI was on 10 January 2005 against Asia XI.
