The Quetta Gladiators have released their year’s theme song, ‘Shaan-e-Pakistan.’ Strings’ Bilal Maqsood penned and performed the anthem shown in the video.
The song features vocals from singer Ahmed Murtaza and the band ‘Somewhat Super,’ as well as actress Ushna Shah and Shahid Afridi in the key parts in the music video.
The ‘Purple Force’ players and spectators are depicted as armed fighters in the music video, which transforms the cricket field into a battleground. Ushna Shah can be seen cheering on the Gladiators when Shahid Afridi takes the field with the bat.
Ushna Shah and Shahid Afridi are then shown fighting for the Quetta Gladiators in armour. The star-studded song video also includes Adnan Siddiqui, Naseem Shah, Sohail Tanveer, Mohammad Nawaz, and Shafaat Ali.
Zuhair Malik and Shiraz Malik are the directors of the energetic anthem. The video was shot in a 24-hour time frame, according to director Zuhair Malik, which appeared unachievable at first.
As it channels the inner warriors of Gladiator fans, the video creates an aggressive environment. It appears to be a perfect match for the song’s furious tone.
