The Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Political Communication, Dr. Shahbaz Gill, has requested the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to take action against internet service providers that are providing clients with bad internet service.
The PM’s aide was responding to a PTA tweet in which the organization addressed a complaint from an internet user.
According to the user, internet service providers in Pakistan overpay their customers while giving bad service. The PTA reacted by asking the client to file a complaint by phoning the PTA’s consumer service center, which is accessible from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday.
