The redesigned 2023 Eeco van from Maruti Suzuki has recently been released in India, with pricing beginning at INR 5.10 lac. A bigger and more potent engine, a fresh coat of paint, and a slew of additional amenities are all added to the 2023 model.
There are no further external modifications for the 2023 Maruti Eeco other than a new color choice called Metallic Brisk Blue. However, a new steering wheel from the Celerio is present inside. New rotary controls have been added for the heater and air conditioner, but the inclusion of a new digital instrument cluster is the most obvious change. A cabin air filter (in AC models) and a dome lamp with a new battery-saving feature are further features of the revised interior. The driver-focused controls and reclining front seats are still included.
A more powerful 1.2L K-series Dual Jet, Dual VVT engine powers the upgraded Eeco van. In addition to being 25% more fuel efficient, it now has 10% more power than previously, with 80 hp and 105 horsepower, and a stated economy of 20.20 km/l for the petrol version. A fuel economy of 27.05 km/kg, or 29% more than the previous model, is claimed for the S-CNG variant.
Dual airbags, an engine immobilizer, ABS with EBD, child locks for sliding glass doors and windows, and reverse parking sensors are all safety features. A flat cargo floor has been added to the Cargo fuel version, increasing the loading capacity by 60 litres. There are 13 distinct ways to configure the new Eeco, including variants that are 5-seater, 7-seater, Cargo, Tour, and Ambulance.
