PTCL’s WhatsApp-based payment process is straightforward and user-friendly. Customers need to enter their CNIC and account number in the chat. Once verified via an OTP sent to their registered mobile numbers, payments can be made instantly. Customers receive a receipt within the same chat, providing instant confirmation of the transaction, streamlining the payment process.
